- All prices listed include standard ground shipping to any location within the US; however, if you would prefer any additional services [i.e. delivery confirmation, insurance, international shipping, express shipping, etc] let me know and I will modify your final total to include the appropriate fees. I will not be held responsible in the occasion that a purchase is lost in the mail.
